No, boxes are filled from the top only. The remainder of the box is filled with box filler.

Size dimensions have been listed in the description section of each product. All sizes are provided in cm (diameter/ height). Please ensure you choose the correct size before ordering as we do not take responsibility for wrong sizes being selected.

PBC boxes can include any of the food items listed in the ‘food contents’ tab.  Please ensure that you visit the allergies section on our website and make yourself aware of any possible allergens before choosing your food content. In this section you will find the ingredients of all of the food items we provide.

If you would like a specific food item that is not on the list you can add it to the food choice text box. If we are unable to include the requested food we will contact you directly via email or SMS. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours the requested item will not be included in your box.

We do not include any alcoholic drinks inside boxes. All food and drink items must be suitable for vegetarians. We also do not include nicotine, tobacco or any food/drink that may be considered harmful.

All boxes can include flowers of your choice. We also have an ‘extras’ tab with a variety of items you can choose from. Please be careful when selecting additional items as you may be charged extra. 

We offer both artificial and eternal roses in a variety of colours. You can choose which type of flower you would like in your box when ordering. Please be careful when doing so as the price will vary depending on the type of flower you have chosen. 

Premium roses are made from a silk material. They have a finessed surface finish and an elegant quality. These roses are ideal for luxury premium gifts. Please be careful when selecting premium flowers as you may be charged extra.

The estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 7 working days. Your order can be shipped at any time during the seven days. If you need your box urgently you can select the ‘express’ delivery option and your box will be prepared and shipped in 3-4 working days. Please view our delivery section for more information.

All items in the box are secured firmly to ensure restricted movement during transit. The boxes are also packed well to ensure that they do not get damaged.

Delivery does not include weekends. Our delivery service operates on five working days only (Monday – Friday). Please be aware that your delivery time frame will be excluding weekends.

We ship in the UK only. We do not ship internationally or to any offshore islands (Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland). If you would like your box delivered to the following postcodes, you will be charged an additional surcharge fee; BT, IV, IM, PO, PA, PH, HS and ZE.

Order cancellations will only be permitted during the first 24 hours after the order has been placed. You will not be refunded if you cancel your order after we begin preparing your box. Please notify us via email if you would like to cancel your order.

We do not allow/accept any returns for PBC boxes as each box is customised. If your box has minor damage that can be rectified we may offer a partial refund.

Our prices are all fixed. We do not offer discounts unless more than 4 boxes are purchased in one order. For more information you can contact us directly via email.
