These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Your continued use of this website confirms your awareness and acceptance of these terms.
Website and privacy
- Website access - It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible if you have registered.
- Use of website - This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Privacy and cookies - Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone without permission. In some circumstances we may need to disclose your personal details to a third party so they can provide a service you have requested. Any information we disclose to a third party will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
- What we collect - When ordering you will be asked for the following information: full name, address, postcode, email address, contact number and payment details (PayPal or debit card details).
Box terms
- Box size - Size dimensions are listed clearly in the description section of each product. Please choose your box size carefully as we do not take responsibility for wrong sizes being ordered.
- Overloaded content – Requested items that do not fit in your box will not be included. If you have paid extra for something that does not fit in your box, you will be refunded for that specific item. We will notify you of any changes that are made to your box as soon as possible.
- Box contents - All boxes are filled from the top view only. The remainder of the box is filled with box filler.
- Box colour / logo colour- The box and logo colour may vary from the description or the pictures shown.
- Box information - To create your box we use the information provided by yourself. We advise all customers to avoid being vague and include as much information as possible (e.g. Nutella, Ferrero Rochers and red Lindors). If the information is unclear or hard to understand we will contact you via email.
- Food choices - If you have requested for a specific food item we will do our best to include it in your box. However, if under any circumstances we are unable to include it, we will contact you directly via email.
- Alcohol/ non-vegetarian foods - We do not include any alcoholic drinks/ food containing alcohol inside boxes. All food and drink items are suitable for vegetarians. We also do not include nicotine, tobacco or any food/drink that may be considered harmful to the body.
- Food allergies – Please ensure that you visit the ‘food allergies’ section on our website and make yourself aware of any possible allergens before choosing your food content. In this section you will find the ingredients of all of the food items we provide.
- Flowers - We offer both artificial and eternal roses in a variety of colours. You can choose which type of flower you would like in your box when ordering. Please be careful when doing so as the price will vary depending on the type of flower you have selected.
- Weather conditions - We do not take responsibility for chocolates melting due to warm weather.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped with DPD.
- Your order will be processed and delivered no later than 7 working days (excluding weekends).
- You can select the express delivery option if you require your box urgently. Your box will arrive within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends).
- We ship in the UK and internationally. We also ship to surcharge postcode areas including Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. You may be charged extra depending on your location.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
- All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
- Your right to cancel an order for goods ends 24 hours after the order has been placed. To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email about cancelling the order before the period has expired. If you select the express delivery option you will not be able to cancel your order as we will begin preparing your box as soon as possible.
- We do not allow/accept any returns for PBC boxes as each box is customised to your preference.
- Upon receiving the goods we may offer a partial refund for any minor damage.
Other information
- Out of stock items – In the unlikely event that items that have been paid for are out of stock we will refund you as soon as possible and notify you via email.
- Discount codes - Discount vouchers cannot be used with any other sales discounts or promotional offers (unless stated otherwise). It is 1 discount code per order. The discount code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to it. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the discount codes at any time.
