Shipping policy

For all standard deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 7 days (excluding weekends). This means your order can be shipped any time within the week time frame provided. We recommend placing your order at least 1 week before the date it is needed for. If you need your box urgently you can select the express delivery option. Your box will be given priority and shipped within 3-4 days after purchase. If you would like your order delivered on a certain date, you can select the specific date delivery option. Your order will be delivered on the date specified.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Delivery does not include weekends
  • If you would like your box delivered to the following postcodes you will be charged an additional surcharge fee; BT, IV, IM, PO, HS, ZE
  • For all international orders you will be charged a delivery fee depending on the location and weight of the parcel
