  • Boxes are filled from the top view only – the remainder is filled with box filler
  • All items are glued in the box to ensure restricted movement during transit
  • We do not take responsibility for wrong sizes being ordered – all size dimensions can be found in the description section of each product
  • During hot weather conditions, we store each box in a cool area but chocolate may melt due to the heat during delivery
  • We try to ensure that the boxes look exactly like the picture but they may vary slightly (e.g. flower colour, box colour etc.)
