All items are glued in the box to ensure restricted movement during transit
We do not take responsibility for wrong sizes being ordered – all size dimensions can be found in the description section of each product
During hot weather conditions, we store each box in a cool area but chocolate may melt due to the heat during delivery
We try to ensure that the boxes look exactly like the picture but they may vary slightly (e.g. flower colour, box colour etc.)

Flower Bouquets

Our bouquets do not require any maintenace (watering etc.)
Do not remove the outer packaging of the bouquet as the flowers will fall apart.
